We are currently monitoring the COVID-19 situation and taking all necessary precautions to ensure our workers, clients and families remain safe during this unprecedented time. Under government mandates, we have been identified as an essential service at this time. We will continually monitor the situation to ensure we are acting in accordance to government and Ministry of Health advice. We also want to thank all front-line workers for their contributions to ensuring the health and safety of our community.

Please note, we are currently operating during our regular business hours, however have introduced the following preventative measures:

• Our office and shop are closed to the public. Please leave a message on the answering machine and we will get back to you as soon as possible. For emergencies, please use our 24/7 After Hours line at: 519-428-2070

• All employees have been asked to stay home if they are not feeling well, or if any member of their family is not feeling well

• We have always practiced rigorous sanitation procedures including hand washing, sanitizing, and wearing gloves when necessary, and will continue to do so

• We will enforce social distancing measures between our staff and others while on the job

• If you are calling for a service call, please note that you may be asked some screening questions

• We are working in collaboration with our builders and sub-trade partners to ensure all job sites are enforcing similar measure to ensure the health and safety of our staff

 

We understand your plumbing needs are important, however will only be able to respond to emergency situations.
